She is grateful for the experiences she has had in many different settings working with and in mental health, memory care, hospice, children with life-threatening and chronic illness, rehabilitation and developmental disabilities. She completed her internship at UCSF Children’s Hospital-Mission Bay. Aimee also has an additional certification in Neurologic Music Therapy® which focuses on research with music and the brain. Aimee is a classically trained lyric soprano and before going back to school to pursue music therapy spent some time on the stage.
